As the founder of White Dove Staging, my goal, and true joy, is to create aspirational spaces that prospective buyers walk into and feel at home, fall in love with and know that "this is it". I've had the opportunity to stage homes in Charlottesville and the surrounding countryside for the last five years and find so much pleasure in working one-on-one with clients and seeing the beauty of the finished product. Every home has a special story and creating vignettes for each room helps to tell that story. To make each new staged property properly hit its target market, I have curated the inventory to furnish multi-million dollar homes or a 2 bedroom apartment for a corporate client. I have had the good fortune to travel to six continents with my husband, Scott. This has inspired my sense of how furniture, art, and décor create a welcoming and warm space. With that said, coming home to Charlottesville always reminds me how lucky I am to live in a truly special place. When not moving furniture, hanging pictures, and placing flowers in that perfect spot, I love to spend time with my husband of 35 years, our 3 adult "kids" and son-in-law, the most adorable 3-year-old granddaughter, and friends. My happiest times are when I can sail, travel anywhere palm trees live, cook, and curl up on the couch with a cookbook or good novel (happy ending required).
